    In a social context, a loser could be someone who does not try to be a self sufficient, or have no ambitions. In that sense, no.

    In any other context, yes.

    NEVER,. i will always be with a soldier..who fights till the end...and he/she believes in winning even if he or she fails..so yes they dont really lose..
