    In general it's safe. I mean, I wouldn't drink a pint or anything since it seems like it'd be hard to keep down, but your own blood is not normally unhealthy to drink. Drinking someone else's blood is riskier, depending on whether they have diseases.

    Not from drinking it, but you could get an infection by cutting yourself if you aren't very careful. Also, blood tastes disgusting.

    if you just lick a paper cut on your finger then not. But a cup of blood every now and then....probably yes.

    You can become ill from drinking blood. A little is not a very exact amount and how much you could have varies depending on your self. As well if your already ill drinking your own blood will actually make things worse.
