You can most definately brainwash yourself into believing anything, anyone want to try this out?....... Sit on a chair, close your eyes, and tell yourself that you have the worst headache ever, and keep doing this for around 20 minutes..... Guess what will happen? yep! you'll have the worst headache ever!
