Absolutely, some of the best films ever made are not in English! Besides some foreign films have the BEST sex scenes and I learnt some of the moves I know now from them ;)

Yes. I find the failure of the lip sync bothers me more than having to look at the words. Back when I was watching with my wife in an apartment building we would have the volume down but not off and close-captioning on all the time

Yes, I love to read! Pan's Labyrinth is an amazing movie with subtitles. It annoys me too much when the mouths don't match the words, so I prefer subs to dubbed.
