Resolved Question

Can you explain karma to me?

It's a word I see a lot, on here, but I know little about. Either here, or mail me, if you want to go into more detail. I must say, I'm a tad disappointed, that this karma thing, that people make such a huge thing about, comes down to, what goes around comes around! How very deep..

Karma as it was intended is about dealing with your divine self...how you treat others ultimately will determine how you treat yourself....it is seeing the mirrored effect on your spirituality that is the core of karma.

The word karma has been ill adopted by those that truly do not understand it's foundational truth. To say ...'he/she will get what's coming to them (in a bad way)!"...in affect, is wishing bad upon another and misses the point completely of what intention held within the karmic state is about.
To wish harm is to be harm...

What goes around comes around.
You will reap what you sow.

in it's most basic, it means "what comes around, goes around". for every positive thing you do, you will have positive things happen for you. for every negative, you will get negative in return.

Pain and suffering are rooted in our past actions. Some(not me) believe that the actions of previous life influence the level of suffering in this life.

karma is law of attraction. its what you send out to the world that gets sent back to you. its reaping & sowing. its that infamous what goes around comes around. its the basic cosmic balance. an example of karma would be being a generous person in your time of plenty and when you are in a time of need someone is generous to you. that's why people tend to not burn bridges. to forgive. to repent. to grow. so they don't continue making mistakes to repeat them.
