No, they ruin your kit and tend to bounce and generally cause issues. I wouldn't even use them for training. Generally sites will bar you for using paint that isn't theirs for reasons like this.

Yes tho depending on your care of em they might just break in the barrel so umm ya but dont use any that feel like rocks if you cant crush em with some ease then they probably went solid at which point they are just like bb's and if its at a field most of em wont let you use off field paint
