    No your heart will not heal until you forgive. Unable to forgive someone is like taking poison and expecting them to get sick.

    of course why on earth would I want to forgive my abusive father for instance? What would be the use in that? **** him and every body like him , a good healthy hatred of certian behaviour is a good thing a lesson learned.

    Nah I think you have to forgive people who have hurt you. If you hold onto things you just hurt yourself. Its harder to do than say.

    well for me yes but it took along time for me to forgive them because it was very devastating to me but god gave me the strength to be strong and he said to me forgive but i can't forget and that will take time for me to heal but i can't carry hate in my heart if i wan't to be forgiven for my faults
