Get off of it and get exercising? Change your diet and lose weight.
Actually there's only so much you can do and the rest of it is up to what genes you possess. Then there is laser and radio frequency treatments, and other methods.
The best and cheapest is probably diet and exercise; especially toning exercises for legs.

but if you really want to get rid of it then there's random creams you can google and surgery.
