    There are a ton of cool building toys out there. Legos are great, Jenga is a fun game, there are some really cool interactive games if you're willing to actually PLAY the games with the kids. Tinker Toys, gross science experiments ae cool too. How about an electric race track?

    If you don't want to get him a high tech toy, I'd suggest legos. Legos never go out of style... :)

    How about some simple paint and paintbrushes and a few hours of your time having fun using them together? I had a great time recently with my 4 yr old nephew turning a cardboard box into a robot costume.
