Take a zinc vitamin in the morning and one before bed with food, each day until you feel better or if you aren't scared of it, drink about a tablespoon of colloidal silver every 4-6 hrs for the first day, should be rid of cold within 12 hrs or so, if not go ahead and take a tablespoon of silver every 6 hrs. after the first 12, you definitely should be better by the second night.
