Cook it how you like. But I'd never eat anything with the head attached - just think of a lovely roast cow being turned on a spit with it's head attached or a lamb. I'd be very offended if someone were to serve that to me.

I usualy cut them off cause I don't like looking them in the eye after I cook them. I only look into their eyes just before I release them.
