And by 'strangle' I mean via some scissor or figure 4 scissors.. NOT a blood choke which can kill you in 20 seconds. I mean the type of strangle where the person can last and struggle for up to 5 minutes and has only their air/breathing restricted. in a fig 4 the thigh is pressed on the larynx/front of the neck and the one at the back pushes on the vertibrae and holds it in place. do you think this has happened and by nerd i mean hollywood-style nerd with the glasses and the awkward dorky smarts that they have and has this ever happened? i heard a case happened in Michigan where a geeky teenager did exactly that to a bully
