I think the reason behind your sadness is not so important as how you can get better. I think that's what you should focus on: find something that makes you happy, and do it. Being a teenager is being sad and angry and tired and happy all at once. And it's okay to feel this way. Don't be afraid to ask for help around you, though.

You gotta go through these situations, i remember in my high school how everything and everybody changed in only a few days. You will meat again new people there maybe a bit latter and you will also learn about new things which gonna help you to go through some difficult situations, , and i tell you to not worry and to try your best,, keep it on no matter what!
