It would be quicker to list the people he liked.

Jews, blacks, gays, gypsies... He hated a lot of people.

Hitler was out to dominate the world with what he considered a pure "Aryan" race(he had no idea of what Aryan really meant, btw). Anyone who might dilute or contaminate that bloodline was a target: Jews, Arabs, Gypsies, etc. Even the mentally ill or mentally challenged of his own country were undesirable. Some groups were declared "non-Aryan" for political purposes.
He approved of some peoples, though: Scandinavians, French, Italians Spanish, and Albanians were among them. Go figure.

His hatred for groups knew few limits. Everyone knows of the jews and gypsies. Most for the gays.
What fewer people know is his distain for the crippled - particulary children born with life debilitating illnesses that would make them less than productive in life. He had a program to kill off children with birth defects and anyone who had been diagnosed with a serious psychosis. There were posters in Germany that spoke of the huge costs to society when they let a child with polio or a mental retardation live.
My bet is that if his power had increased he would have branched out in his hate for anyone of a different color - he did write of "the inferiority of the African" and the northern Asian. He had a bit of fascination with the Japanese but he did judge them inferior to the "aryans" as well.
