Ah-ha. I like to do this: Butter and lemon slice thing the other guy said Marinate in teriyaki sauce then BBQ grill it with alder chips or put it in an indoor grill like a George Foreman grill, makes it taste fat and juicy Cure with brown sugar and salt and smoke, or partially cure it then BBQ grill Put it in paella Put it in Japanese soup Make it into sushi Eat the raw eggs or put them into my omelette Eat the fat delicious liver Fry the milt & eat it Any leftover cooked salmon is good blended with bread crumbs, scallions and egg & salt, made into salmon cakes fried in a little oil, served with a dill sour cream sauce or put into a sandwich
