Because I enjoy it and I'm good at it. And believe me, I get to hear everyone go, "An English degree? That's useless! What are you going to do, teach?"
Which only goes to show some people never learn...
a little of both, and other options and opportunities as well.
I enjoy it, it doesn't actually pay much... Yet.
Because I enjoyed it---which is why I never made much money from it.
Yeah enjoy the field, the grass is much greener here than in other fields of work
Im pursuing a career in Theatre/Film. Ideal job besides acting/cinematography would be teaching drama to kids.
I worked as a social worker for20yrs because I wanted to make a difference (deluded) but your hands are tied by the politicians/line managers & every **** who knows nothing about the job..
I now work as a chef for half the money & guess what? I AM HAPPIER , I go to work happy , I leave work happy..
Definitely because I enjoy the field. Teachers are well known to be underpaid for the work they do, but I'd love nothing more.
Well unless I fluke it, I'm gonna be very poor when I finish my degree... so definitely because I enjoy it.
enjoy the job :D
