Didn't eat dinner last night, so I went to Mickey D's and got a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle this morning.
I had about eight pieces of romaine lettuce, four leaves of kale and a lemon.....put in juicer and boom, instant "Green Goddess" drink. It is either that or carrot juice. Oh, I forgot....... add a tablespoon of cayanne pepper on top. That is great for jump starting your day. Do that every day, instead of the fried foods and you will look better and feel better.
cayanne pepper gives the drink a little 'kick!!!' Cayanne also is a spice high in anti-oxidants.
nada......it's only 12:30 in the afternoon......not hungry yet
