Did you ever hear about"white torture"?

"White torture" is social deprivation or social exclusion to force the subject to comply. In Britain Social work departments have now been renamed as Social exclusion units. They are meant to try to alleviate social exclusion because this causing psychological imbalance and makes the people more compliant to the wishes of both Local and National government. This is of course an Oxymoron. The government that causes social exclusion for compliance having a policy that requires people who are socially excluded helped? The social exclusion units don't help in fact in many cases make social exclusion and compliance worse. People who live in poverty and are part of the white collar bureaucracy have welfare cuts while the white collar workers enjoyed the fruits of a property and equities bubble. Then the bubble burst and the socially deprived survive. Will the debt ridden white collar workers survive losing their jobs and credit cards and quite possibly their homes?

I have never heard the term but it sounds exactly like techniques used in mind control or brainwashing.
