I know a lot of evil people have claimed to be Christians and rightfully so in the case of Hitler and some others, even up to present time. I also know it is popular to point this out and try and paint all Christians as bad and evil in reality by linking them to these monsters.

What about other religions? Muslims. Buddists, agnostics and atheists have produced far more evil monsters who murdered millions. Even the majority of serial killers in the US claim to be agnostic or atheist. Why not point these out as well? Afraid you will hurt their feelings?

Hitler wasn't a Christian, he used Christianity to manipulate people.

By the skillful and sustained use of propaganda, one can make a people see even heaven as hell or an extremely wretched life as paradise. Humanitarianism is the expression of stupidity and cowardice. I do not see why man should not be just as cruel as nature. I use emotion for the many and reserve reason for the few. All propaganda has to be popular and has to accommodate itself to the comprehension of the least intelligent of those whom it seeks to reach. A lot of people use the bible to manipulate large groups of people. Hitler also believed in Nietzsche, who's philosophy are counter to any religion. He also said once that you don't have to tell the truth if you win the war, because you'll be the one writing the history books.

the fact remains he was no more of a Christian than Joseph Stalin. History is spilling over with evil people who considered themselves to be Christians.

Claiming Hitler wasn't christian is the same as claiming the Nazis didn't murder six million jews. Obviously you're into holocaust denial.

Let me put it into simple terms so you'll understand. I can tell you I'm a dentist, but that doesn't make me a dentist unless the definition of a dentists describes me. My telling you I'm a dentist does not make me a dentist any more than Hitlers claim that he was a Christian makes him a Christian.

Doesn't surprise me and it wouldn't surprise me if most of the Nazi party also considered themselves good Christians. Self-proclaimed good Christians are the ones to watch out for if you ask me.

Hitler got his Nazi army to kill 6 million Jews. That's not a Christian thing to do, that's going against god.

What amazes me the most is that 75 years later Nazi/white supremicist groups on places like you tube still believe his propaganda/lies.

No, he was a wolf in sheep's clothing - one of many who use religion in horrible ways. If he hadn't had religion to subvert, he would have used something else instead..actually I heard that he subverted science and psychology too.

People who claim Hitler wasn't a christian are the same as people who claim the holocaust didn't happen. It's historical revisionism.

On the other hand, while all atheists despise Stalin and do not share any of his views, you would be hard pressed to find a single atheist who denies that Stalin was an atheist. And that's true even of atheists who know Stalin studied to be a Russian orthodox priest when he was a boy.

As I read somewhere else recently, this is how hypocrites and blood libellers "think":

"One of US does something!" = "He's not one of us!"

"One of YOU does something!" = "ALL of you do it!"

So did the Crusaders, Temper Knights, Radical's(KKK for one) the list is endless. All Religions believe that their's is the only true one and the Radical's in them make it their goal to kill for "God".....Look at what is going on today with the radical muslims. so sad that any one would believe what a man would tell them from their twisted mind

That's the problem with faith, people hear their own lovely voice and decide it's god talking to them.

Yes I know, how many people really do things with the intention of making things worse? Eugenics was a very popular idea before world war 2.
