On a different thought from most of the other answers, when I read your question, I thought that this question seemed like a catch line to a short story or romance novel! Explanation? Okay. To me, it seemed like a self-conscious teenage girl's confession to herself, or boyfriend about sex. Specifically, as in she is still afraid to take the big step, and is kind of revealing this to a boyfriend who thought differently. Just my thoughts and initial response. Anyone else?
