Because I am staunchly against legalizing marijuana, especially because most of the arguments for it rely on a piggy-back "if alcohol then marijuana" method.

" In Colorado the amount of drug related accidents has declined, whereas, the drug-related accidents involving marijuana have climbed from 5% to 13.5% in just a matter of 6 years. OK then...no hard feelings? I can live knowing you oppose legalization. Everyone has that right. I should have the right to smoke it legally. The tax/fee arguments really do stand separate from any other substance since I doubt anyone would say I'm comparing it to gasoline just because both should be taxed.
