Nope. There was this one kid walking around with a hoodie carrying a box of supplies for another teacher, and we ended up having a lockdown because some crazy teacher thought he had bombs or a machine gun or something.

None of the schools in my hometown have, to my knowledge. And as far as I know, there have been none in this county. Things like that would make the news.
There was a suicide shooting in the county next door to ours. At the high school.

When I was in 7th grade a girl brought a gun and held up a classroom. I wasn't in the room and no shots were fired. Everyone was freaking out, but I was happy because no one was hurt and we all got to go home.
