Yes, actions do speak much louder than we realize at the time. Things are not always what they seem to be and can be interpeted wrong. It's a matter of perspective I think. We should take in the actions and the words - if the jive usually it's right. :)
Actions do speak louder than words, but this is not a rule of thumb. Sometimes people are bound by other responsibilities to always act on their words.. and sometimes people who have ill intend will show all necessary actions until they get bored.
Actions are always truthful. The cold hearted hug, the ignore, etc.
