It's made me sad, especially when I'd do so with the park I used to play in, they've changed it so much. It is kinda cool though, "going down the streets" where I used to live, click by click, it's almost like being there.

I google earthed my own area within a few miles and discovered there is a MASSIVE trailer park hidden away in this secret spot, behind overgrown shrubs, trees, anything and everything green is concealing it.

I've looked up every place I've ever lived - and there have been quite a few. The last address (before my current one) changed from a small 3 bedroom home with a steep uphill drive when we sold it, to a two storey house with a garage underneath!

i checked out my old fishing and camping spots but i can't do that there any more the tall trees are gone near the edge of the river so people can see the river from their condos and can't make a camp fire there anymore or i'll get a fine , kind of sad now

I used to use Google street view and Google Earth a lot for work. It would help me give emergency responders directions, descriptions, and pick up on paths a bad guy might run. Anyway, in my down time, I would use it to look at old addresses of mine and I was shocked to see how different it was from my memories. Nothing really changed, but it was still different. Weird :-/
