Once a dream came true quite a while after I had it but because the details had been written down when they occurred [they were so vivid i recorded them] - in the same color and setting and words - I say it is rare but true. Certain physics theories admit a "signal" could be transmitted from the future to the past. This could be something that triggers a dream!
