Depends on your definition of "Native American". I was born here, so I consider myself a native American. If you mean American Indians, yes, I think, but not as heavy as whites of blacks. But it might depend on the tribe and its origin.

From what I've seen, Native Americans generally do not grow much facial hair or body hair, whereas being Hispanic, my mustache and goatee grow back in like a week shortly after shaving.
