That story going around about the nerd that strangled a boy to death with his thighs is made up...urban legend..myth and here's why:

I looked in news archives and found nothing about some boy who'd killed another by strangling him with his legs anywhere. something like this, even in the eighties would've been documented ..

Nerds aren't strong, and any average person would easily be able to pry a simple nerd's legs off of his neck if he wants to live!!

They give the location, eg Michigan, and circumstances of death, but no actual names besides from 'Melvin' the killer, and him being 14 years old. if this was on tv news as people say and everything then it hasn't been documented!! this is definately something where you need to see it to believe it!!

ALSO..being strangled does not cause epistaxis either

    We don't care if you believe it. It was in the early 80's, everyone was on cocaine, even nerd thighs.
