The reason why I hate when people do that is because somehow, I feel like they don't think that highly of themselves. Genius doesn't mean anything. Hard work, and determination however, does.

Some used to and I was damned sick of it . . . as if intelligence somehow could translate to social abilities, that intelligence could save you from being ignorant in areas of life that people take for granted.
Yes, they did, and if I could line them all up and char them with a flamethrower, that could not make up for one hundreths of the hate I have for that word.
