    I have re-read Black Beauty, The Great Gatsby, Les Miserables, Madame Bovary, Little Women, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Silas Marner, and many others.

    Well ,I m know some people consider the book Huckleberry Finn to be racist. The N-word is used extensively throughout.

    I have read them both as a kid and as an adult. I am holding his autobiography in my avatar. He is one of my favorites.

    Not those, but I have a complete set of Twain that belonged to my mother and every once in a while I take a volume down and read it. Last was INNOCENTS ABROAD, and before that the two-volume JOAN OF ARC.

    me too for the pleasure , when its for school they examine the crap out of it and it makes the reading of it not so pleasurable
