Do these things for a month and I promise, you will feel healthy and it's very likely you will lose weight and inches!
Cut out all caffeine... This one will be hard but your body will thank you. Cut out all soda/diet soda. Diet and normal soda make you bloated, normal soda is the worst waste of calories and diet soda makes you crave more sugar. Try drinking a cup of grapefruit juice in the morning! If you need something more than buy some unsweet iced-tea and put some natural sugar in it. Have a serving of fruit a day. Have a serving of vegetables a day. drink your body weight in ounces of water. Example: Jessie weighs 200 lbs so he drinks 200 oz of water in a day. Do at least 15 minutes a day of intense Cardio or 30 minutes of activity. Something like playing basketball is a good way to get your mind off the idea of I'm working out. Can you follow these things? I promise you'll start losing weight and feel better within a few days if you don't already do these things. In general these are good habits to get into! Have fun :)
