Do u agree in Darwins Theory? OR The Bible?

Oh, gee gosh! Yeah, I just love the Biblical idea... let's see... God creates light and separates light from darkness, and day from night, on the first day. Yet he didn't make the light producing objects (the sun and the stars) until the fourth day .... hmmmm .... Plants are made on the third day before there was a sun to drive their photosynthetic processes... hmmm... God curses the serpent. From now on the serpent will crawl on his belly ... ummm... how did he get around before -- by hopping on his tail?

I'll take Darwin, please. PLEASE!

darwins theory was proven to be correct about how species changed. but he was wrong about why.
i believe in evolution. how else do people think the fossils got there?
ooh here's something. we all know oil is a 'fossil fuel" right. so if people don't believe in evolution then just how did it get there?

I believe in God but the bible was written by men, humans have been making mistakes since the dawn of time. Darwin's theories are correct because we have substantial evidence left by the actual species, not just made up by man.

The bible. It was written many many years ago. Time lines are laid out in the bible and some have come to pass as they were stated in the bible. There are some yet to come. Maybe for some, it should be "studied" a bit more. Any way, there has been parts of Darwin's theories that have been bogus!!

Both are fiction. With Darwin it is tantamount to saying that as we humans now wear shoes our feet will turn into shoes or that our tail disappeared as we enjoy being sofa turnips!

Evolution is indisputable. I think SaratogaGirl and Zeligosity summed it up well. To "believe" otherwise may well be an indicator of ignorance (lack of education) and/or insanity.
I am truly confounded as to how an educated and sane person could deny concrete facts in favor of archaic mythology.

Darwin's Theory....the thought of some magic man in the sky "poofing" things to life in order to please man....just kinda dumb to me

The question I have is why can't evolution be a divinely (non-religious) concept? Darwin gives logical steps but his theory is incomplete. The Bible, IMHO, near neolithic tribes, attempting to explain their place in the universe. Both are incomplete. A new theory is needed. And the big questions are yet to be answered, How and Why?

there is some scientific explanation as the bible is obviously nonsense. but i don't think darwin is completely right either.

I personally believe in the possibility of both being correct - as far as man goes - keeping an open mind. Of course, the Bible could also be correct in the matters of the other creatures, but I have my doubts. The Bible story has the timeline of "seven days". Who says that those seven days were actually seven days as we have come to accept them? In the eyes of God, a day here may be a billion earth years.

If God created the universe and allowed it to grow and expand, then both the Bible and Darwin would be correct. What if God allowed the Earth to develop and then for life to begin and flourish, would that not fit into what Darwin said? If God allowed creatures to evolve to live in their environment, wouldn't Darwin be correct? What if during that evolution, apes began to walk upright? What if those walking apes evolved into the Neanderthals? Both the Bible and Darwin would be correct. What if God was not pleased with how the Neanderthals were evolving and decided to place a creature on Earth that would be more capable of survival? Science has shown that both Neanderthals and modern humans both lived at the same time. This theory would make both the Bible and Darwin correct.

Unless you are closed-minded and think like the creationist movement, that the planet is only about 10,000 years old, and dinosaurs lived at the same time as man, then the above reasoning is plausible. You can have both the Bible and Darwin being correct.

How can I believe in a theory which needs many more fossils to convince brainless people.
I believe the Bible, because it is eloquently the foundation of the glorious Christian civilization, like the Quran with the Islamic civilization, the Dhammapada with the Buddhist civilization....
