I was laying on mi bathroom floor painting mi toenails. I grabbed some toilet paper off the roll to clean up and it spun a little and stopped. Then the roll spun and spun untill all the toilet paper was off. At the end it spun really fast. I was kinda freaked.

Yes, it never really stopped. There was just a small minute movement. It is spooky I admit.

The thing was mounted on a wall. I live on a hill but the paper spun up.
