Yes, my department head at my old job was a huge bully and constantly tried to get me in trouble because I wasn't dealing with her manufactured drama and unprofessional, insinuated threats with the appropriate amount of groveling and fear. I eventually got her fired. It's all she deserved.

Most definitely. Schoolyard bullies don't all die off, after all. And if it's worked for them as children there's no reason to think they won't continue the behaviour.

Not sure if 'bully' is the right word, but I know many adults who act irrationally to get their way, being rude to get quicker service at stores (even causing other customers to ALLOW them to go first!!!!). It gets pretty ridiculous.... I'm in Customer Service. I see a lot of crappy people, though lots of nice ones, too!
