Not true, too much of any food source in the form of excess calories will be converted by the body into fat. I think what you might mean is that muscle cannot be converted into fat and vice versa. That would be a true statement, fat cells do not convert to muscle tissue and vice versa.

im not taliking about calories ......even moron can have a knowledge about the thing that excess calories will convert into fat if u are letahrgic blah blah .....im talking of protien ......as a matter of fact muscles are made up of protien ..........i dont know what new u have said .....u tell the same thing in other way round ....anyway thanks for ur reply

hello ...fat in the body .......what diff would it make even it is in the form of molecules .......see protein and fat have diff molecular structure whereas carbs and fat have almost same type
