    yep, specially home made w. freshly ground spices, and the umami sauces kept a day in the fridge to blend the flavours to maturity...yummm...

    Sure, Indians are spice masters. I like vegetarian but also like Chicken Tandoori and beef and goat meat and lamb in those sauces.

    Oh yes! Especially channa masala with alu paratha. I was once lucky enough to have a friend who made barfi for me as a birthday treat and I'll never forget that!
