Yes... Being "religious" doesn't necessarily mean one is spiritually oriented too. Being "spiritually oriented" doesn't necessarily mean one is religious too. Religion is like an inanimate object, a dogma, material, tradition, age, etc. Spirituality is personal, it is unique to each person, it reflects personal experience, it reflects one's personal emotional journey through life.

People who are religious but do not have a "spirituality orientation" usually means "They are religious for show, for community and know how to talk the talk but when it comes time to "walk the talk" they can't do it.". Religion when paired with spiritual orientation means a person has a strong connection to the core meaning of any religion... It isn't just a cultural thing for show.

You can be spiritually connected to Christian teachings which means Christianity is a person's spirituality... The difference is between personal connection (spirituality) and an external conduit that can elicit personal connection or not (religion.). The compilation of someone's spirituality is based on emotional connection and experience. You can have spirituality without any conduit or a sprinkling of many conduits. The conduit (organized religion) does not necessarily cause emotional connection or intense personal experience which are meaningful. With spirituality however there is always the emotional connection and personal experience that is meaningful otherwise it would not be spirituality.

Think of religion as eye glasses and spirituality like the actual personal sight, and perception. Religion is a book and spirituality is the often hidden meaning of the book. Religion is like a hammer and spirituality is like the construction plans and materials to build a hospital which would incorporate the use of the hammer. Religion is like a cup and spirituality is like the milk inside the cup. I can think of many other analogies.

Religion is like the paint and paint brushes and spirituality is the creativity that results in a work of art.

If paint and paint brushes (dogma/religion) aren't available, than one uses only their imagination to express their "creativity" (spirituality.)

Religion refers to your belief or organization, such as Christian, Muslim, etc. Spiritually refers to worship and our personal relationship with God. God said that we are to worship in spirit and in truth. True worship comes from the heart and soul of the believer, the spirit.

Religion is the revelation of God
for the development of man's spirituality.
Spirituality is a movement of Western
philosophers who deny God and His religion.
So, the difference is that religion includes spirituality
    while spirituality excludes religion.

Spirituality is NOT a movement of Western philosophers who deny God and the people interpretation of "His" religion. Who gave you this idea? You can be spiritually connected to Christian teachings which means Christianity is a person's spirituality... hi .... as to what i ve heard and read....
there is a very thin line of difference between religion and spirituality....... religion teaches us to be self disciplined teaches us whats morally right and wrong which eventually opens gates towards spirituality which is on one on one basis that is between you and God which is personal......
so religion is basic and serves at the human- human and God level which takes you to Spirituality that is between God and you :) just something like you are promoted to College from School....

Every conditioned soul has his own viewing power based on the external deluding potency of God which is the magic of material nature. Until one hasn't become able to transgress the workings of material nature, one will think that every person has his own truth itself expanding till castes, races, ethnicities, cultures, traditions, countries and so forth which is called "religion". Now spirituality means the nature of the soul which is to link or associate with God through the specific mellow of one's devotion.

I think of "spirituality" as personal and "religion" as organized.

    Ofcourse.
Spirituality is a heartfelt connection with creation and life.
Religion is a systemized, curricula laden school of thought. (really very limited compared to spirituality).
Alot of atheist are essentially religious...
