Do websites get used/abused by propaganda postings?

Anyone notice how suddenly,..people never seen or heard before,..seem to pop up in unison,and support of each other,..with far right radical ,and ridiculous 'opinions'...as if they are getting paid to smear propaganda on web sites??Or is it just me ,..being observant again??...Rhetorical question people.
