Alot of the time yes....
But there are less 'shallow' women out there. Hell I'm 5'6" and had GFs my entire life :-)

Well I was married lol. First impression will always depend. But a smile and cheeful disposition can make a better impression than height!

Sometimes. I mean I go for tall guys, but really, I'm very small so as long as the guy is taller than me and not the same height, then it's okay.

If you are short, you better have other stuff going for you. While it isn't absolute, from what I've seen women generally aren't attracted to short guys.

That's all good and all, but I was thinking more of a promising career where you can make enough to support a family and still have time to enjoy with the family.

no women only normally go for guys that use them & treat them like crap so they have something to complain about & switch the water works on... gives them an excuse lol

Some go for short guys. I like a guy to be taller than me. It has to do with that "masculine" factor that I like.

If you're a bit shorter than me, it seems to take away from that.
