No, women don't think too much. Thinking is a good thing and especially when one disciplines their mind to develop clear and critical thought.
But they do fret too much - as in constantly re-working their thoughts over and over and fretting on something long after their thinking has already identified to them what the true options are (but they don't want to address them...).
