Do womens gain weight in their genitals when morbidly obese?

I rarely if ever look at myself naked in a mirror but recently did and was shocked to discover that my genitals appear to have gotten fat as well, has anyone else noticed this?

yes, I am a caregive and had to help many women and men take showers and it can be disarming to held back any reactions, by the way men become inverted like a belly button when they get to big
