i certainly, don't disbelieve.

Best Answer

I believe in some kind of power but I am not sure exactly what he/she/they/it is. I have seen examples of faith having a dramatic impact on people's lives.

Best Answer

I'm not just exactly sure which God you are asking about, but this is what I believe.

I believe in a deity, a creator if you will, who put everything into motion. I do believe that deity interacts with us in everyday life in some way. No - I don’t believe that said deity hears or answers every little prayer - but I do believe that there is some purpose in all things good and bad, and while that purpose is not immediately evident - it will be revealed in time. A “plan” if you will.

No, I am not a delusional retard.

Best Answer

You don't have to be negative to others.

Best Answer

If the truth is taken as being negative, that is not my problem.

Best Answer

Why force your truth on someone else? No one is doing that to you..you calling someone else a "retard" is not truth.

I don't call It "God" anymore. I call It The Force The Source, Universal Divine Mother/Father, The Great It. "God" is certainly NOT some "Deity". That's just another version of "The man behind the curtain" in The Wizard Of Oz....some carnival con man blowing boisterous smoke and fire....and bullshit.

Best Answer

Their isn't a god to believe in, only consideration given to the claims of ancient men who purported their was one then spread this "truth" by the sword and utilized brainwashing of children to keep the superstition going through subsequent generations.
I don't accept god claims as true, my belief, none, is in direct proportion to the proof offered, none.

Best Answer

So...just wondering..the ten commandments? are false if you don't accept God's claims as true..

Best Answer

You mean, if I don't accept man's claims about a another man called Moses who claimed to get tablets from a god? Their is no claim from a god, only claims from men about a supposed god.
As to the ten commandments....framing them as true or false is sort of odd. Four of them deal with belief in god, so I don't agree with those. I don't agree that coveting and adultery are always wrong either. Honoring your parents, sure. Not lying stealing or killing are pretty good for a society too. But these are NOT concepts or laws original nor unique to the bible, as an atheist I can determine these wrongs without belief in a god.
