Yes,I believe in it alot.
Some bad things have happen to me only because I caused it. I stoled a few things from local department store and a month a later my car was impounded.
It wasn't just one time but 3 times that year!
I shelled out alot of money just to get my car back!
I was contantly shopping lifting or stealing gas.
One time I got someone fired from their job for stealing gas at local gas station. I have betrayed friends and later in life people have betrayed me. I have cheated on my significant other and later someone cheated on me that I grew deeply fond of. I have learn from my mistakes and grew up because of them! What ever you do to others it does comes back on your 10 times worst.
This also applies if you treat someone good!
Do on to others as you would want them to do onto you!

No, but I do believe in Jesus.

Karma is hokey pokey stuff, like witches and sorcery and stuff like that.

I do agree that people tend to get what they deserve simply by their actions, and some confuse that fact with the fantacy called karma.

No, not for one bit. I am 28 years old and by now I have seen enough to know that karma, magic, leprechauns, santa and god are all horseshit. "why do bad things happen to good people?" Yeah.

I believe in that your words and actions, good or bad, will eventually come back to haunt you in some way.

I believe that those who believe in karma can find evidence for its existence. I personally think the karma theory justifies cruelty and apathy to those in misery, not much different than darwinism...is it. No I do not believe in it

In the strict sense, no. In a functional sense, yes.
What I mean is that every action affects a great many things around it.

Some common themes for humans include:
Self-interests
Desire for social order
Guilt
Memory
Desire for justice
Randomness
etc...

Science can't explain how all these things and other interact to affect how our decisions affect our lives, there will likely never be adequate understanding or instrumentation for any reliable, systematic explanation. However, that doesn't mean there is a supernatural force that causes things to happen the way they do either. There are many, many factors that come together and seem to mostly lead, or try to lead, toward an equilibrum.

That being said, I think that horrible people and deeds do sometimes go unpunished (in every sense of the word) and that bad things do happen to good people with little or no restituion or justice.

I think karma is an illusion. I think that with each decision we make, we traverse quantum sigantures. Every new quantum signature will have changes in your reality. The changes we experience are what we have come to call " karma".

Obviously I can only speak from my own experience, and based on 50 years of it now, I'd definitely say yes. Whether you choose to call it karma, or "what goes around comes around" or "As you sew, so shall you reap", it all amounts to the same thing.

I'm actually still struggling to fully understand what it is, because I've read that it apparently isn't what we in the West usually conceive it to be.
