    Improvement.
    I've noticed that people with "I am who I am, and I'm never going to change" attitudes are really limiting themselves. It's like they don't really take things seriously.
    Why wouldn't you want to keep developing and improving your life? Do you really want to stay in the same place your whole life?

    If you mean do I think people need to choose one or the other....I think that's a false choice. Different circumstances call for dfferent responses at different times, life is rarely all one thing or another.

    in the guys dept.; self- acceptance ones got beer-guts and self- improvement types are full of themselves!!! Big mouths or big muscles! ahaha!!!
