    i try to keep away from those syrups or pills or abuse em.i rather let the bad feeling go away by itself

    Why are there so many dichotomous questions on EP? I believe in eating healthy and being physically active, being careful about what you put in your body and how you care for yourself, but IF you get sick, why not take over the counter medications? I tried not taking them before, but frankly it wasn't worth accomplishing very little, feeling bad, and being cranky and sleepy when I can function almost normally while sick with the proper medications.

    That's a good thing you do. I was mostly trying to understand whether people are willing/inclined towards following a disciplined life ( healthy living) or taking the body for granted and taking over the counter drugs as a last resort :) hope that helps

    Well I take vitamins daily, another good thing to do is keep yourself and environment clean

    I take vitamins. I also take cold/cough meds if I need too.
