Nooo..it makes anxiety worse. Being drunk and tired is like cocaine, insomnia, paranoia and it feeds on itself. Better to take a week ,be sober and work out.

NO. I believe consuming a few shots makes me funnier, more fun, more free. sad? that disappeared after suffering frm anxiety for years, it kinda just went without saying.
Temporary at best. Along with alcoholism, liver and health issues. Have seen it before. The body usually gives out sometime in the forties, as a rule.
