Yup. I keep a To-Do list in a journal, and just scratch stuff off as I do it and keep going. (funnily enough, there's goals from months ago that still haven't been accomplished, and I just don't find them important now. What's that say about me??)
Long-term goals.. are probably more important, bigger things that I'm not gonna forget. And they'd just clog up my To-Do journal, so I keep them in my head.

Nope. I only have one goal. I want to go back packing. Get up and leave one day.
