I guess it really depends on how rational your wish is, so I would have to say no not everything.

Because, by the time you get what you wanted there will be something else you are wanting more. If you try hard enough you will succeed in getting most of what you want. Hopes and dreams are just that....hopes and dreams. Some people are just fortunate that life goes the way they want it to, but it doesnt for all of us. This is not a "sudden revelation"....it is nearly 42 years in the making. " Where there's a will, there's a way"......trust me, that is not always true.
