Perhaps years later when we've become significantly different people, but still remain enough of our old selves to be compatible. Regardless, it's not something I bank on or actually even consider; we separated for a reason, and those reasons very rarely disappear with time and without growth and maturity.

I don't think so, I haven't heard from him since we broke up, but if we ever met again I believe we'd get along just fine. We were both too different for each other and the circumstances weren't that great back then. I hope he's doing well though.
