I believe that you can have more than one in the course of a life time. A soul mate can be your best friend or a spouse, a comforting voice or a soothing smile. If you really strike it rich, it can be all in one.

Can you imagine, on a world of over 6 billion people, if there was only one for one? No one would be able to meet theirs. No, there are several. hojex	Posted Feb 5th, 2009 at 5:58PM yes we do.someone that doesnt need an explanation from you when you behave in a particular way,someone who understand why you did what you did before you even open your mouth to explain the action.that is your soul mate.more often than not there is a waiting ,a painful waiting for us to do before we meet this person ,a price most of us wont pay hence the high rate of divorce which is certainly bound to get worse.there will still be more sexless marriages.
