Do you belive the recently shot abortionist got what he deserved or not?

Im pretty sure everyone has heard about the doctor that performed many late term abortions and was recently shot and killed. do you belive that he got what he deserved or do you not. My opinion (even tho its just an opinion and noon asked for it ) is that what he was doing was murder but that he deserved to be locked in solitary confinement but not killed noone should have that right to kill. if your unclear how a late term abortion is performed ill tell you : Induced labor: Medication is administered to the pregnant woman which triggers labor. The woman eventually gives birth to the partly developed fetus.
"D&E" (dilation and evacuation). The physician inserts a long toothed clamp through the woman's vagina into the uterus. She/he grabs body parts of the fetus at random, breaks them from the body and pulls them out. Finally, the head is crushed and extracted. Finally, the placenta and any remaining parts of the fetus are suctioned from the uterus. 1
"D&X" (dilation and extraction) The woman's cervix is dilated. If necessary, the fetus is rotated until it is facing feet downwards. The surgeon reaches into the uterus and pulls the fetus' body, with the exception of its head, out of the woman's body. Surgical scissors are inserted into the base of the fetal skull, and withdrawn. A suction tube is inserted and the fetus' brains are removed through aspiration. This partially collapses the fetal skull. The fetus is then fully removed from the woman's body.
i have seen the pictures: limbs torn from bodies skulls smashed in and brains suctioned out. I belive it is murder (because they can feel and hear etc) but that he should not of been killed. how about yall?

no i dont' think for any reason should someone take anothers life.. as well as in abortion i think like you it is murder with out doubt.. but if a women is stupid enough to play with fire and gets burnt then that child should not be the one to suffer for her mistakes.. my ex wanted me to abort botrh of my wonderful children.. well in so many not so nice words i told him to pound salt.. these are my babies and i will raise them with or wothout you..
well it was without and i couldn't be more proud of them ..
i hope the person is given life in prison because is don't really believein the death penilty either.. i feel they should have to suffer everyday for the rest of their lives. they shoudl have a picture of what they did to the person painted on the wall and have to see it daily..

mistydew	Posted Jun 3rd, 2009 at 9:38AM I was just talking to another friend about this tonight! What I cant handle are people who are cheering the death of this doctor. No matter your opinion this was not right or moral no more than a late term abortion without major reasons is considered moral. I say major reasons because i rushed my sister to the hospital at 5 1/2 months because she was hemorraging majorly. The doctor said she was dying and so was the baby.. he had to induce labor with a chance that one or both would live but if he didnt they would both die. I was there and watched as my sister and her unborn child both lay dying. The baby lived briefly but her lungs were not yet fully developed and she passed away. My sister recovered. Some people have told me that this is considered abortion and I disagree. Anyway.. back to the issue at hand.. if you are pro-life you must be pro-ALL LIFE..although I hate the idea of abortion I am a supporter of women's rights.. i am pro-child Rated: +3Vote for this!

Karma would have taken care of it, but the one who shot this man opted to shoulder that karma for him the moment the trigger was pulled. Let's start with the obvious, Thou shalt not kill! If you THINK abortion is wrong then fine, but when you take a life as an excuse that you're protecting that commandment then you're just a big ol' hypocrite. That is the most illogical and ignorant thinking. Abortion is murder? Guess what? SO IS MURDER! Judge not lest ye be judged!- When the people that kill abortion doctors get to heaven do they really believe they get a pass? I doubt I'm going that direction but I hope God video tapes their reaction when he points them in the other direction. He can call it "Heaven's Funniest Home Videos" cause that is gonna be some funny stuff. No one deserves to die. You may not approve of abortion...that's fine...but what galls me is that these extremists shout "Murder!" and then kill. These people want to force their opinions down a young girls throat with the most violent images possible and what galls me about that is, when it works, and the girl does keep the baby, these are the same people that ***** about how many single mothers they support on the welfare payroll. These are the same people that force their opinions and beliefs on everyone but then say that the government shouldn't force them to accept gay marriage! So, what I see when I see an incident like this one, are a bunch of hypocritical nut jobs that don't believe in God...they think they ARE God! Rated: +2Vote for this!

It's not the same when you just have to take a pill and the little bundle of cells goes out unnoticed. I mean, it still doesn't have a functional nervous system, it doesn't feel!. A fully formed fetus is another thing, it has organs, it even sucks its thumb! About this doctor being killed, I don't think it's exactly that he got what he deserved. In life not everyone gets what they deserve, so I don't believe in that. I think he happened to ** off the wrong person. But that can happen to anyone. Of course when you go around doing illegal stuff, your chances increase. But again, also consider that there are people who get away with worse than that. and nobody murders them, it's just that they didn't happen to ** off the wrong person. Rated: +1Vote for this!

What happen the Doctor is sad and I hope they find his killer or killers and take swift HARSH action. NO woman should be FORCED to bear a child against her will and These Doctors make Abortion SAFE and available to ALL women. NO the Doctor was not comitting "Murder"! IF Abortion were not leagal, women would be forced to go to back alley abortion Doctors in un safe conditions or try it themselves with coat hangers. The RICH women would always just leave the country and get their abortions done. I do not think Abortion should be used as BIRTH CONTROL, but the Doctor and his staff offered education to the women. Waiwera	Posted Jun 3rd, 2009 at 4:58AM I had not heard of this case (in Australia); and its hard to judge, not knowing all the circumstances. Was the abortionist doing it for the money, or because he felt he was serving the community? Was the shooter related to the woman? Nonetheless, I have to say that two wrongs may make for payback, but they sure don't make for right. The shooter has made karma most likely (unless shooting the abortionist was resolving karma - without all the info, its not possible to assess). Hence the dangers of judging... Even if you are against abortion this is not a solution at all, in fact isn't it really hypocritical. As far as the abortion issue is concerned I think it's nobodies business but the woman in question. I'm not sure why someone would have a late stage abortion as I would think you would have made that decision when you first found yourself pregnant, but if they want to that is their choice. I believe that the fetus at that stage is not fully a person but still a part of the woman's body. Rated: +1Vote for this!

No one can tell us what is right for us or not. And speaking of adoption...look how many thousands of children live there lives as orphan because adoption is so expensive.
